Tuesday’s meet (21st April) at Shepherd’s Crag is looking sunny so unless there’s a radical change in the weather, the meet will be on.
Routes at all grades, I suggest we meet at the crag and share lifts where possible (organise via Whatsapp). Parking currently looks to be feasible at the old Cafe, or at Kettlewell, or at the Borrowdale Hotel where we plan to go for a drink afterwards.
I will get to the Brown Slabs area at around 4pm, so for anyone who is new to KMC or would like to meet up there to find a climbing partner, see you there….
If anyone is unable to bring a half rope (50 or 60m) and/or prefers not to lead, please let me know directly on whatsapp or by email: tinaholt2004@yahoo.co.uk.
This is the perfect meet if you haven’t been to many meets and would like to come along and get to know people, or haven’t climbed much, or don’t lead or feel tentative about joining a meet.
