We all meet up at the NT car park for 0930hrs. The weather conditions were
Grey and over cast, but it was dry with know wind.
We set off in two small groups up to Hollow Stones where group one went straight up for Lords Rake ,and group two went up to Mickledore, and
down the Climbers Traverse to the start of Lords Rake. The route at this stage
was free from snow, and ice. As we ascended into West Wall Traverse, the upper gully had some snow, and ice. It was short lived.
We all regrouped at the top for food, and tea. The descent was down via the West shoulder for Scafell, and back to the car park.
A fantastic day was had by all.
