The forecast for Saturday remains dry, with best of sunshine in the western fells, though with stronger E and NE winds it will be cooler than the last few days.
Lorton Gully is a classic route to the summit of Grasmoor. There is a short technical section, for which I will be bringing a rope for anyone who needs it (which will include me!)Meet at Lanthwaite Green parking area at 9.30.
