Duddon valley scramble Saturday August 10th is on, the forecast looks reasonable. 9:30 am start, roadside parking is available at the Fickle Steps parking in the upper Duddon (w3w: opposite.belts.responses https://maps.app.goo.gl/HSg3LTQ6FDMg6Xha9) . The plan is to attempt three scrambles: Tarn Beck, Little Blake Rigg and Great Blake Rigg with the possibility of a swim in the Duddon at Birks Bridge and refreshments in the Pub at Seathwaite afterwards. The scrambles are rated grades 2 and 3, I’ll carry a rope etc. and try to pick a route suitable for everyone. Please let me know if you would like to attend, cheers Mick (07732917620 or via WhatsApp)
