Tuesday’s meet is at the picturesque Raven Crag Walthwaite in Langdale and the forecast is for showers. The crag has a good selection of mostly single pitch routes from severe up to the E’s and is a short walk up from the road. Parking is in a small layby below the crag but there are only 2 or 3 spaces, There’s more parking around the village and a pay car park in Elterwater.
I will give a conditions update from Coniston at lunchtime and from Langdale at 3:00. Drinks will be taken afterwards at Wainwright’s Inn in Chapel Stile.
