Saturday 10th May’s meet was planned for White Ghyll. After the meet leader began the day by making a strong bid for the ‘most chaotic start to a meet’ award, we decided that Upper Scout Crag would suit the group better. Once we’d surmounted the crux (getting everyone parked) we made our way to the crag.
We enjoyed a wonderful blue-sky day climbing various routes on the upper crag (Route 1, Route 2, Zero Route). Mark and Mike also had a foray to Lower Scout where they climbed routes including The Slab and Cub’s Arete.
