With the meet rescheduled to Thursday Ros, Mark and Jon met in the Honister youth hostel car park and walked in. The weather was as per forecast dry windy and cool which made the walk in a bit more pleasant than usual. Geriant made his own way to the crag and the team managed to complete Corkscrew, Double Slabs and a new route Medea (S 4b) which turned out to be a very good route.
The walk out back to Honister was completed in darkness so the traditional halt at the pub was dropped
A pleasant evenings climbing if a little cold in the wind
