I’ve been thinking for some time that there are some women in the club who hardly ever join a meet, and I have found out that some are just hesitant or a bit daunted, thinking that they don’t climb well enough etc. (It took me a full 3 years to join the club myself, for similar reasons, at a time when I could second up to E3, so I should have had plenty of confidence)
So I am proposing to get as many of us as possible together for a climb.
If you are interested, just send me a direct WhatsApp message and I’ll put us all in a group chat to organise a day and time. Could be at a crag, or swap to Kong if it rains.
Also, this is whatever grade you climb, whether you lead or not, If we can’t all make the same time, I’ll arrange a few extra ones so that there’s a chance for everyone to join in.
