Hello to all,
Well the weather, and the Mountain’s were on our side. What a fantastic day’s Climbing we all had
On Grey Crag down Buttermere. We meet at Gatesgarth farm at 0915hrs and departed by 0930hrs. It was wall to wall sunshine, and Blue sky’s all day.
At the foot of Harrow Buttress, we paired up and sorted out ropes, gear etc and went all directions to our first Climbs. To name but a few – Harrow Buttress, Chockstone Ridge, Oxford and Cambridge Direct, Mitre Buttress Direct, Return with a vengeance, Slabs Ordinary Route, Rib and Wall, Mitre Mouse and a Climb behind the piler on Dexter wall, Yorky?
