Greetings members!
The weather looks good and the meet is on!
Due to family commitments, I won’t be at the crag until about 4:30.
Parking is at a bend in the river just off the access road to Thorneythwaite Farm @ NY250135. Follow the footpath into Combe Ghyll, initially following the path/track on the west bank of the stream and crossing over higher up the valley nearer the crag.
There is a variety of routes up to E1 with a few “indoors” for those who like such things.
The pub is the Riverside Bar at the Scafell Hotel.

Is anyone aiming to be there earlier in the afternoon (e.g. 3pm or so at the crag, assuming it takes a solid half hour or more to get there?). Roland
