Black Crag Pike O’Blisco Meet Saturday 21 Sep 2019

Afternoon all,
The weather forecast for Saturday is fine and bright, perhaps a little breezy, so the meet is on.

Parking is at the three shires stone at the top of Wrynose pass, approach time from there is approximately 30 minutes.

Between Black Crag and its neighbour Long Scar there are probably 80+ short ( 20-30m) routes the majority of which are HVS or below. The crags are both quick drying and south facing so catch any sun there is and provide for a good days climbing even late in the season

I will be leaving Cockermouth Wigwams at 08:30, anyone wishing to lifts hare from there let me know. Pick ups as we pass through Keswick can be arranged, again let me know. For those who wish to make their own way there we should be parking up about 09:30 and walking in to be on the Crags by 10:15
