Apart from showers on Monday afternoon, the weather forecast is dry and sunny. I discover that the crag is not named on my OS map: it is just under ‘Bleacrag Moss’. There are only a couple of parking spaces by the Borrowdale road, just beyond the beginning of the path to Troutdale. One alternative is to park at the Bowderstone car park and take a pleasant path over to where the normal path crosses the beck. (Another alternative is to take the bus from Keswick and walk back along the lake shore.) E-mail me (colesjonathan3@gmail.com) for car share from Cockermouth at 14.30.
