From Mick Reaney:
We meet at low tide by the lifeboat station for a scramble over the rocky coastline to Fleswick bay. After a slippery start we scrambled over seemingly endless boulders under soft red sandstone cliffs, reaching the single beach at Fleswick Bay well before high tide. We then walked back over the cliff tops finishing up at the ice cream shop. Thanks to Ann, Tina, Kath, Chris, Geraint, Ed, Steve and Stuart for making it a very enjoyable day out by the sea
