Downpours on Friday will thoroughly soak the route, and persistent showers will keep it that way for the rest of the weekend. Strong winds and poor visibility complete the mountain forecast. Heatwave?!
If things improve next week, I will try to reinstate this scramble for next Saturday 12th July. But we will need some decent drying conditions in the meantime!
