Saturday dawned wind and cloud free, the group assembled at High Wallowbarrow farm before started the short walk to the Crag. Climbing was conducted “July” style in Tee shirts with regular leader stops to wipe the sweat away from the eyes whist the seconds kept turning from side to side to avoid an uneven tan.
A great day at the crag, routes completed Wall and Corner, Trinity slabs, the classic “Thomas” and Digitation. The day was rounded off with the traditional ingestion of fermented malt and hops in the Newfield Inn, The team was Brendan, Geraint, Jon and Steve P and Mark W who were well rewarded for the longer than usual drive.
New season starts April 12 fingers crossed for good weather and good attendance

    Cheers
    Mark
