Hi everyone, the weather is still unsettled and the crags are not in great condition. To make the best of it I’m proposing to change Saturday’s Ill Crag meet to something less ambitious: Pikes Crag Ridge on Buckbarrow, Wasdale.
There’s a short approach and a great scramble up the ridge. If the weather is good, there’s the opportunity for climbing on the crag afterwards.
Meet at Greendale (1440 0570), ample free parking, 9:00, Saturday June 15th. Refreshments: The Screes, Nether Wasdale
