Good selection of short (20-25m) mainly single pitch middle grade routes. There is loose rock on routes, but manageable. Dries quite quickly in summer. Harder routes are quite bold. Don’t miss Route 2(HS), Tritus/Protus(HVS).
Good evening crag – close to Wainwrights Inn!!

Parking directly below the crag. 5 minute steady uphill approach.

Tuesday’s meet is at Raven Crag Walthwaite. The crag has a good selection of mostly single pitch routes from HS upwards. Parking is in a small layby below the crag but there are only 2 or 3 spaces and parking is generally scarce in Chapel Stile. So car sharing is a must.
I can be there in the afternoon if anyone else is free earlier. The forecast isn’t looking great, but may change. If not, will rearrange for Thursday. The pub for afterwards will be Wainwrights.
